Yes. Browsing is free, creating an account is free, and posting a listing is free.
Warehouse, flex, retail, office, industrial, restaurant and land listings, available for lease or for sale in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area.
Create a free account, tap List a Prop, and add the requested details, including at least one photo. We have developed a series of tools that allow for autogeneration of listings based on existing listings, and you’re able to include links to those original listings on our site.
Open any listing and the contact name, phone number and email appear on the page. To speed things up, click the “Email” button.
Lease listings show monthly rent and the equivalent price per square foot per year. Sale listings show the asking price and the price per square foot.
Comprops is a mix of the words “commercial” and “properties.” It is also a play on “comps,” short for comparables.
